-Sound, Frequency & Notes
These bowls are made from a traditional seven-metal alloy, giving them rich, deep, and long-lasting vibrations.
-Smaller sizes (12"–16") produce clear, resonant tones ideal for meditation, mindfulness, or small-group sound healing.
-Larger sizes (17" and above) offer deep bass frequencies, with long sustain and strong vibrations felt in the body.
Each bowl has its own unique note, most commonly falling between C, D, E, and F depending on the size and mallet used.
Please note: The sound and note may slightly vary, as each bowl is handmade and tested individually.

-Can I Stand on It?
Yes , but only for the larger sizes:
20" and above are suitable for standing sound therapy (foot sound baths).
These bowls can safely support your weight during grounding practices.
Standing inside creates an immersive experience where vibrations travel up through your entire body, helping with energy flow, release, and balance.
(We recommend using it barefoot and with proper grounding surface.)
