This singing bowl is specially made in the Himalayas and is mostly used for meditation, chakra cleansing, sound bath, relaxation and yoga practices. This bowl was especially made by yoga trainers and sound therapist to demonstrate the sound healing process easily. Since, the handle is attached to the bowl, it is hard to find a perfect note in this type of particular bowls.
